A Journey Around the WorldOver five years and five menus, Hans Neuner has travelled around the world through a series of trips in search of Portugal’s Era dos Descobrimentos. Throughout the 15th to the 17th century, ships set sail from the shores of the Algarve to explore the New World, discovering new people, lands, and cultures.
The Perfect PairThe latest menu at Ocean takes us on a culinary trip around the world, which presents a challenge for pairing wines to its diverse flavours and complex dishes.
