Restaurant of the Year

We’re kicking off 2025 with some amazing news—Ocean Restaurant has been named “Restaurant of the Year” in the Best of the Year 2024 awards by Revista de Vinhos! This prestigious recognition from one of Portugal’s top food and wine magazines means a lot to us, and we couldn’t be prouder.

As Revista de Vinhos director Nuno Guedes Vaz Pires put it: “The ‘Best of the Year’ awards have, for almost three decades, been a moment of celebration and recognition of the best in wine, wine tourism, and gastronomy in Portugal. They are considered the ‘Oscars’ of the sector...”

Since 1996, these awards have been honouring the very best in the industry, and we’re beyond honoured to be counted among Portugal’s top dining destinations.
